I have used them twice. They do a terrific job cleaning the outside of the house. Very professional and responsive. So many of us in neighborhood use their services, the plan is to do everyone's house around the same time next year.

Powerwashed our house and it looks great. They could not have been easier to work with and we plan on using them yearly.

If you want a company with amazing talent and work ethic to take care of your home this company is the one. They not only are cleaning your home but are making mental notes of things they see that you don’t. Like that window needs the seal checked. That gutter might need the down spout adjusted. There’s a big wasp nest under your deck or did you know you got a shingle loose by that far left window. Because of the love the care they took with the exterior clean of our new build they will soon be installing our gutter guards. If you have trees in or near your home. Give them a call. That recent storm filled our gutters with GALLONS AND GALLONS of debris. In a few weeks we want have to worry about that anymore😍

We used First State to clean the exterior of our home. From the first time I called for information Robin was very friendly, knowledgeable and understanding of our concerns about products and the process. Getting an estimate and scheduling was very easy. Dan kept us updated on arrival time on the day of service as Mother Nature was not cooperating. Dan and Matt were also very friendly, careful and efficient. First State Roof & Exterior Cleaning did a great job for our exterior "pressure wash" job. They use a biodegradable cleaning solution carefully applied. They follow the application of the cleaning solution with a careful and specific water rinsing with just the right amount of water pressure to finish the cleaning job and provide a thorough rinsing. No water leaks through the windows due to excess water pressure like you get with some companies. They are prompt in returning any calls and provide great e-mailed information/instructions in preparation for your house cleaning job. Their prices are very reasonable and competitive. They also offer discounts if you use their services next year. They are a victim of their own success as you need to schedule services about 6 weeks out. I will be using them again, and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and neighbors in our HOA.

Through the whole process, First State was professional and informative. They patiently answered any and all questions I had and never put any pressure on the sale. Through the whole process I always felt First State focused on our needs and never tried to “upsell” on things that we didn’t require. I strongly recommend First State for any of the services offered. Most recently we worked with First State on the cleaning of gutters and the installation of gutter guards. House Cleaning

The Wanamakers do a terrific job in P/W’ing our house. We are repeat customers. Apparently, builders are not installing waterproof-photocells. 1st State sealed the device and protected the photocell prior to washing by covering it with plastic & tape. It is this type of work ethic that sets them apart. They take precautions to protect flowers and plants as well. They are a pleasure to work with and treat each house as if it is there own. We are very satisfied with their work and plan on using 1st State in the future.

Using First State for house washing is an annual tradition for us. Their gentle washing and window cleaning work magic on pollen and green mold on our siding. They do a lot of extras without charge. They always do more than we ask!

We have front and back porches (one screened) and an outdoor shower that they cleaned in addition to the house. Our sidewalk and patio are no longer green. After getting a very hard sell from Leaf Filter, we called First State to look at a competitor's product. They came out and showed us the product I was interested in and also suggested a different product (less expensive) that they thought would work better. We went with that and couldn't be happier. It solved our problem. First State gave us a quote and scheduled the install. They showed up on time, installed the product, then cleaned up so well that you couldn't tell they were here. Very impressive!

Husband and wife team who work wonderful together, cleaned our siding and sidewalks very quickly and we were very happy with the result. We used First State to put in Gutter Guards (great job and working fantastic) and now had a house cleaning by them. I was amazed how clean the house was after the cleaning. All of the algae that was growing on the north side of the house and especially the black oxidation stripes on all the gutters, all were completely gone. House looks like new and Dan is a pleasure to talk to and learn from him while he works. Would highly recommend First State for these types of jobs.

Sparkling Clean! I contacted First State Roof & Exterior Cleaning services to powerwash the exterior of my house, my deck, and my outdoor furniture. They immediately came by to take a look at the house and give me an estimate. This is an update to my prior review. First State does whole house exterior cleaning including roofs, decks, patios, and walkways. I have now used First State three times on two different properties. They are fantastic. They were very careful to protect sensitive material and, as always, have amazing results. Stains and discoloration that I though could not be removed vanished. WOW!!! Saved me time and money from painting or replacing stained material. My prior review from the first time I used them: First state provided gutter and exterior house cleaning. They did an excellent job for a fair price. I had a lot of grey discoloration on my eves that I thought could not come off. To my surprise it all came off and looks great. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them for your roof, gutter and whole house cleaning.

I recently had a house wash, driveway and patio cleaning and a dryer vent cleaning by First State Roof and Exterior Cleaning and would highly recommend each of these services! They did a terrific job and I was very well pleased. The team arrived on time, went right to work, were done within two hours and were able to add the driveway cleaning, which had not been in the original order. After they cleaned our sidewalk, I decided that the driveway needed cleaning also. Great folks to work with and very much appreciated.

First of all, the quote we received for holiday lighting was significantly lower for the same quality, type and layout of lighting than any other competitors. Second, they showed up at the exact date and time as promised, which is rare these days. Thirdly, they did a great job and were 100% professional. I would totally call them for any other services they provide based on this experience and will continue to have my holiday lighting installed every year by them going forward.
